I was really surprised by the value for money-the room was a spacious suite that was perfect for my getaway.

The breakfast could definitely include more options to choose from.

Totally comfortable stay by customer service. Location and rooms are perfect, I appreciated extremely comfy bed. Excellent staff and quick to respond. The restaurant attached makes simple food.

The staff was helpful and we will be back. Enjoyed the hotel, it is surprising and fairly clean, has good location to a restaurant that actually served people inside at a safe distance. The restaurant served good choice of meals for breakfast;)))

Great staff and location, fine stay on a 5 day road trip. Accommodating and welcoming staff with good manners. Easy check-in and late check-out, parking on the property. The pool was great, comfortable to sit around. Amazing restaurant inside the hotel.

Units with an amazing view.

nice to have a separate room for bedroom and sitting area, which included a small kitchen area and 2nd TV. The sauna, pool, hottub and gym was great to have after a day of skiing.

furniture was dated and carpet could be cleaner.

Good value for overnight ski trip. Breakfast and hot tub were a bonus.

Near train tracks. Trains at night may bother some people.

It was a bit noisey but again it was New Years Eve :)

The room was very nice and so was the fitness facility, pool (really small but nice since only 2 of us were using it), and hot tub.

I did not like anything about my stay. Poor staff, machines were out ou use.

When we arrived I was given a room that was not in the descrption of what I booked on-line. The staff said Booking overbooked and thier was nothing they could do. I was then charged the same rate for a super loft suite, even though I was not in one. I was told I would be given free breakfast coupouns and never received them.

It's not perfect, but It's nice

The location is great for accessing beautiful attractions without breaking the bank. Despite some train noise at night, the cozy room with a kitchenette and friendly staff were good. A homey vibe combined with a lovely view of mountains is what made this place special.

The check-in process left much to be desired!!! Room decor feels tired and needs a refresh!!! Charging a $200 deposit on prepaid rooms seems excessive!!!

The location is within walking distance to excellent shopping and restaurants. The mountain view is amazing. The breakfast at The Outpost Restaurant in the Hotel was good.

The check-in and check-out process seemed to take a long time. There appeared to be only 1 staff member working the front desk despite the Hotel being full. The decor in the rooms is dated and the beds are likely the original ones from when it was built. If possible request a room on the north side as the south borders a busy and loud railway line.
